GIGS 2009
========
*July 7th 2009 – David performed at the Regal Rooms London
David was being a judge for a singer songwriter night and performed after.
No idea what he sang – perhaps he can manage time for a gig for his fans to hear? Apparently some fans knew about this gig (?) We've not heard David do a gig in over 9 months now and it would be wonderful to hear him sing.
Very disappointing.
*May 1 2009 20:00 David is attended the 'Prince’s Trust Black and White Ball'
The Hilton, City Centre, Glasgow, Scotland. Tickets online £100.
May 2 2009 - David rides pedicar to ball with Miss Earth Scotland.

The Jazz Bar is Scotland's only purpose-designed, full-time, dedicated Jazz venue.
Here the focus is the MUSIC, presented seven nights a week in a properly equipped stage setting, with good sight lines, a sensible sound system, and an emphasis on programming Scotland's top musicians plus occasional visiting international bands. A basement bar with live music every single night plus Saturday afternoons, great drinks and superb service. Sept 2007 - THE JAZZ BAR EDINBURGH REVIEWS -
David Sneddon & Chris Townsend - JAZZ BAR REVIEW (23,24,25th Aug 2007)
'Fans were buzzing after David’s sold out gigs at the festival. The audience was of every age range and responded enthusiastically. He writes songs with sincere quality. David has reached a place where he seems grounded and to have a sense of clear direction with his music. He was destined to be a songwriter and to play intimate venue gigs. David decided bravely not to be a Re-run or Safe-bet, but to be an original. I hope my photos in a small way might express the energy and excitement of these gigs. '

His beautiful clear voice floats above our heads, … David occasionally takes his vocals soft and subtle, making a great contrast to the vocal highs. His PIANO leads. ... it speaks in a wonderful emotional way.
Bedford May 2007
I thought of all the gigs I’ve been to over the years and how this young artist left me breathless. “David’s songs capture emotional moods so clearly I disappear for those moments.”
Highbarn Dec 2006
"It was probably the best Sneddon gig I've been to, seriously lost for words the whole night! "
Sometimes just sometimes everything is perfect...
BRISTOL - David Sneddon who, accompanying himself on piano with David Mullins providing additional guitar and vocal accompaniment, was next up. The one-time chart topper said:
"I'm a songwriter and I write pop songs for other people." If so, he has been holding back some of the best stuff for himself, for there was nothing cheesy about the strong and well-crafted songs like Time and Insomnia.
HIGHBARN ' It was standing room only at High Barn in Great Bardfield as David Sneddon. ..played a 90-minute "This is an amazing venue.. I would rather play here than Wembley. "
The performance was stripped down with only two musicians on stage: Sound engineer - "The crowd loved him. He's a very talented performer and he played a great set that obviously went down well with the audience." Dunmow
ORAN MOR - 'The Scots Fame Academy winner proved his talent with this acoustic show. Accompanied on guitar by John Kielty - his co-songwriter when he was in The Martians - David belted through original songs from his almost-completed album. The highlight was beautiful ballad 'Insomnia'. The only reference to his past chart success was a version of his No 1 hit Stop Living The Lie mixed with Del Amitris Nothing Ever Happens. (5 stars)
REVIEW SUNDAY MAIL 30/07
REVIEW HIGHBARN DEC 2006
David has been honing his skills as a writer and performer over the past years, and tonight at Highbarn was to prove a golden showcase. His family and dedicated fans were here to support him along with a packed audience. Large shiny silver Christmas balls hung low and we were all seated at large round tables. Wonderful magical gig.
David sang his heart out, lifted us to the very tall wooden rafters. With new backing guitarist David Mullen, providing an assured and relaxed backdrop, David was headlining, on a wide golden stage and playing a shiny black grand piano. His piano playing came over so strong on the beautiful piano and sitting side onto the audience, we can enter his world of music.
The combination of his engrossing uplifting voice, wonderful piano playing and lovely melodic songs is so unique.
